CrossFit is a combination of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio, all put together to give you a different workout every single day performed at a high intensity. CrossFit is scalable, which means all workouts and movements can be scaled for all ages, and all fitness levels!

How to Get Started in our CrossFit Program?
It’s simple, choose one of our branches, and just show up to any of our foundation classes!
We are located in Sheikh Zayed, SODIC West, SODIC Sports Club and in Shooting Club, Dokki branch.

As a beginner you will be joining the foundations program that will ensure that all the basic skills are covered and mastered. The Coaches on site will explain that more in depth in person.
Please note that in order to join the regular CrossFit Class you must first accomplish the foundations program by attending 5 Foundation Classes
