Can I just drop in and start?

You can reserve your free trial session from the link at the beginning of the page

Is there enough cardio?

Just come and try it out once. Then you can answer that yourself!

Do I need to get in shape before I start CrossFit? I hear its tough.

No. CrossFit will get you in shape. All CrossFit workouts are scalable making it a sport for everyone regardless of age or experience. Yes we do. For your safety, they are closed for now.

How much does it cost?

Your first trial session is free of charge!  For further pricing, see our price list.
