How to Get Started

It’s simple! Just show up  🙂

In order to start your CrossFit training, you will need to start of with our Foundation program (you can read about all our programs here)
You will need to complete 5 Foundation sessions (schedule) before advancing to CrossFit classes, that will ensure all the basic skills are covered and mastered in the safest and most efficient way!
Our coaches on site will explain that more in depth in person.

All you need to do is just show up to any of our Foundation classes; no prior reservation is needed!

 

To start of with Conditioning classes, all you need to do is find your nearest location, and show up to any Conditioning class as per the schedule.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a sport that is ‘constantly varied, using functional movements, at a high intensity.’   Read more about it and watch the video here.

Can I just drop in and start?

YES! All you need is just to show up at the time of the foundation session according to our schedule.

Is there enough cardio?

Just come and try it out once. Then you can answer that yourself!

Do I need to get in shape before I start CrossFit? I hear its tough.

No. CrossFit will get you in shape. All CrossFit workouts are scalable making it a sport for everyone regardless of age or experience. In our foundations program, the coach will make sure to scale down/up the workouts to suit your fitness level, and you will be taught how to scale down any movement beyond your limitation.

Do you have showers and changing rooms at your location?

Yes we do.
