How to Get Started
It’s simple just show up in the Foundation Class (According to schedule) 🙂
As a beginner you will be joining the foundations program that will ensure that all the basic skills are covered and mastered.
You will be completing 5 foundation classes at the mentioned timings before joining any of our programs. The Coaches on site will explain that more in depth in person.

Can I just drop in and start?
YES! All you need is just to show up at the time of the foundation session according to our schedule.
Is there enough cardio?
Just come and try it out once. Then you can answer that yourself!
Do I need to get in shape before I start CrossFit? I hear its tough.
No. CrossFit will get you in shape. All CrossFit workouts are scalable making it a sport for everyone regardless of age or experience. In our foundations program, the coach will make sure to scale down/up the workouts to suit your fitness level, and you will be taught how to scale down any movement beyond your limitation.
Do you have showers and changing rooms at your location?
Yes we do.
