If you think that being on vacation or out of town means that you cannot workout, well you are wrong! Here are some WODs with no/minimal equipment required to keep you busy.

 

WOD 1:
Prison Cell Burpees
Ladder from 1 to 20 going up by 1(walk 15 min after each round)

WOD 2:
20 min EMOM
Odd min:12 burpees
Even min:40 Double Unders/80 Single Skips

WOD 3:
12 min AMRAP ladder 3,6,9,12… push ups, sit ups and squats

WOD 4:
Cindy (20 min AMRAP 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)

WOD 5:
10 rounds of 10 push ups, 100m sprint

WOD 6:
5 rounds of: run 400m, 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 30 sit ups, 40 squats

WOD 7:
12 min AMRAP:
3 burpee to high knee jumps, 6 clapping push ups, 9 jump squats, 12 Double unders

WOD 8:
Run 30 minutes (every 90 seconds do 5 burpees)

WOD 9:
4 rounds: 50 squats and run 400m

WOD 10:
12 min AMRAP:
5 HSPU, 10 burpees, 15 squats

WOD 11:
4 rounds: swim 50m and 25 push ups

WOD 12:
90 sec max effort burpees
90 sec max effort squats
90 sec max effort sit ups
1 min max effort burpees
1 min max effort squats
1 min max effort sit ups
30 sec max effort burpee
30 sec max effort squats
30 sec max effort sit ups

WOD 13:
For Time:
100 Dumbell Thrusters @ 35/20#
Every minute 5 burpees

WOD 14:
For Time:
50 HSPU
Every time you get down from the handstand, do 10 squats

WOD 15:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Wall Climbs
Burpees
Run 100m after each couplet

WOD 16:
“Cindy”
20 mins AMRAP
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

WOD 17
“Death by Burpees”
Perform 1 burpee on the first minute, 2 burpees on the 2nd minute, 3 burpees on the third minute, and so on until you fail to perform the number of burpees within the given minute.

16 mins EMOM:
10 DB Front Squats @ 30/20#
20 Double Unders

WOD 19
15 mins AMRAP
3 Wall Climbs
9 Jumping Squats
15 Atomic Situps

WOD 20
Hero WOD “Griff”
For Time:
Run 800m

Run 800m
